Serving With Compassion + Recognizing Humanity In All People

Mid-south Immigration Advocates (MIA) is the first nonprofit law firm in the tri-state area whose core mission is to provide free and affordable immigration representation to low-income clients. Founded in 2013 by local immigration attorneys who recognized a need in our community for quality legal services, MIA empowers those who feel powerless and helps give a voice to those who feel silenced.

Amplifying the Voices
of the Voiceless

Our clients are invaluable, never invisible.

By guiding clients through the immigration system with experience and compassion, we are doing our part to push back against cultural bias, divisiveness, fear mongering, and misinformation. We believe that no one life has more value than another.
Our Programs
MIA has 4 programs serving the Mid-South community. Our programs are designed to protect the most vulnerable, promote family stability, and ensure that our community has access to accurate information about our complex immigration system.
