How Can We Help You?

If you or a family member are in need of legal services, please review our current services and referral processes before contacting us directly. If you believe you may qualify for our assistance, please call during regular business hours so we can complete intake. We cannot respond to every email inquiry, particularly if they do not fit within our service guidelines.

Help for Crime Victims

MIA accepts referrals for Memphis metro-area victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, stalking, and similar crimes through our partner organization, CasaLuzPlease contact CasaLuz for assistance, as we cannot accept clients under the  Survivors’ Project who contact us directly.

We cannot provide legal advice to non-clients who call requesting assistance with completing immigration forms. We are a nonprofit law firm providing specific direct legal services to our clients, and unfortunately we do not have the capacity to provide general legal advice to the public.
