Sheila M. Ramos Martínez, Nashville-based Social Services Coordinator, assists clients in accessing services related to housing, education, health care, transportation, food, and childcare. A graduate of University of Puerto Rico with a BA in Social Work, Sheila earned her MBA from Turabo University of Puerto Rico. Sheila has over 18 years of experience in the social services field with certifications in the areas of Trauma Informed Care, Sex Trafficking, Youth Overcoming Substance Use, Children and Youth Sexual Behavior, and Gerontology, among others.

Sheila has developed strong relationships in the Middle Tennessee community to help immigrant families find resources available to them. Her areas of interest include supporting youth survivors of sex trafficking, working with families to find resources, and developing safety plans for high risk behaviors or situations. She enjoys helping families and individuals thrive in a new environment.
